  • ZION ON YORKES is a comfortable downstairs 2 bedroom unit that accommodates up to a maximum of 5 guests with sea views. Close to the small fisherman jetty and only a minutes drive to the beautiful Sultana Point beach.

    Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, ceramic cook top/electric oven, dishwasher, pantry cupboard, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, microwave. Dining area with table/chairs, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, living area with modular lounge, large Smart TV - No Wifi.

    Ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

    Main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, bath, separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, laundry trough.

    Front of unit has an undercover patio with picnic table, rear of unit has a fish cleaning facility, clothesline.

    PLEASE NOTE: Boats are not to be washed at the property – you can wash your boat at the caravan park for a minimal cost.
    The upstairs accommodation is separate, the rear yard may be shared at times if that is being used.

    Shed not for guests use.

    Guest driveway - as you are facing the Unit on the right hand side - left hand side strictly not for guests use.

    Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top)

    Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

    Edithburgh has an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, IGA, deli, fuel, cafe, take away, hotel. Only a minute short drive to the beautiful Sultana Point Beach.

    NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

    **OFF PEAK SPECIAL** excludes long weekends and school holidays
    15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 3 nights or more

    Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

    Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
    $260per night
    High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
    $190 per night
    Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
    $145 per night

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Modern, clean,nice views, quiet and great location, but no hangers, hair-dryer, duvet was thinking and no extra blankets.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is a small reserve in front of the unit, and then the main road, and then the sea! It was beautiful to wake up to the sun rising over the water.The beds were comfortable, there was ample space for putting away belongings and the fridge/freezer was excellent. The bathroom was awesome, and the back yard had a stunning lawn area. We would have stayed longer if we could have.The local pub was a true community gathering place, the publicans were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was great! Had a pizza from the local cafe by the pub which was also delicious.
