“We booked the 2Q suite with a pull out sofa. The Sofa is NOT to be slept on as it felt like I was sitting on a bunch of springs only with no support whatsoever. Called the front desk and they changed our room to another suite with equal unusable sofa bed. Also, the AC didn't properly work as we had it on the lowest setting but the room was very muggy and stayed pretty warm the entire 7 days.
