The Space:
Spacious and modern half duplex about 1500 sq ft. 3 bedrooms upstairs with upstairs laundry and 2 full baths. Main floor has a open concept floor plan with a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
This is a completely separate suite from the basement with no shared spaces.
The double garage is located at the back of the home.

Guest Access:
Guest will be provided a door code 2 days prior to their arrival.

BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :

* Unapproved pets= $300
* Pet feces in yard (if applicable) = $100

* Additional cleaning = $50/hr
* Unapproved parties = $500
* Lost garage opener = $100

**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.

The place was cute and clean. Beds were comfortable. If you are bringing kids, I recommend bringing cards or some games to keep them busy. The neighborhood was super clean and nice. Only thing we didnt love was the front door. It doesnt give any privacy. Would stay again though and the people message you back pretty fast when we had questions.

Beautiful home, very clean and everything you need for a stay. Only negative is the listing says you have the entire house, we were not aware that the basement was also rented out for another stay. Parking is a bit of a hassle, only garage parking no street parking. Garage door remote batteries were dead, dishwasher was broken. Besides all that, it was still a wonderful stay, hosts were very responsive and allowed additional pets.

Our family and our 1.5 year old dog, stayed here after Xmas 2024 and the unit was great. Totally came as advertised. Some traffic noise being on connors road but not terrible. Great location, close to lrt station and not far from downtown

I stayed with my spouse, father, and teenagers here for a weekend and it was a a great place to relax and have our meals. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are clean and comfortable, and there was enough space for six of us. In a great area of Edmonton too, and we appreciated the garage parking for our vehicle. Highly recommend!

In town for a family wedding for 3 days; we wanted a place fairly close to wedding as well as Edmonton’s beautiful river valley Overall I would say that this place is accurately described and maybe even a little better! Great location and amenities. This duplex is very well appointed and designed. We had 5 adults, and it was very comfortable for 6 adults for sure. Their communications were clear and timely. Everything worked, and the unit was exceptionally clean! How to improve? I don’t know, really. It’s on a fairly busy route but I knew that in advance, and it wasn’t that bad. The windows are good at reducing noise, and 2 bedrooms face the quiet alleyway

My boyfriend and I and my ex husband and 2 daughters and 2 dogs were here to move my daughter into residence at university. This home offered us space and ample privacy. It was very clean and comfortable. The garage allowed us to park 2 suvs. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of supplies available. There was laundry detergent, coffee, tea, sugar, S+P etc. We weren’t missing anything. I would stay here again for sure and would recommend it to anyone.

Property exactly as advertised. Very clean and all supplies provided. Small back yard was great for the dog. Would definitely stay there again. No street parking in front of the property but there is a nice garage in the back.

Spent 2 nights at the house. Great location with easy access to river valley, downtown and Whyte Ave. Nice that we could bring our dog (yard was not completely fenced and it is on busy street - so you would want to make sure your dog isn’t a “bolter”) The only issue we had was with the steep incline to the garage. We drove smaller cars and scrapped the exhaust) Would book again if we needed to come to Edmonton.
