“Convenient location for affordable Uber transport to the football game at Commonwealth Stadium. Also was close enough to walk back from the football game. We've stayed at Chateau Louis several times with no issues. Rooms are also inexpensive for location to Kingsway garden mall and other amenities.”

“The room was clean and comfortable but I found the a/c and other noise really reduced my enjoyment of the stay. Initially I asked to change room due to excessive noise from the adjacent room (11.30pm) large group of people laughing and ahoruing. Staff were very accomodatig but even in new room you could hear coughing and conversation through the wall. The downtown area is not the nicest with high number of homesless/drug users in the vicinity of hotel including outside which made me feel unsafe...

“Overall the property was in very good shape with exceptionally friendly staff and a great buffet breakfast. Outside of the hotel there was much construction going on with the City. Our only concern (with responsibility of the property) was the the rooms are in serious in need of an update.
When we were checking out, the Front Desk clerk mentioned to us that this would be happening soon. Hearing this made us happy.”

We went for a concert, and staff allowed us for an extra early check in which was great!
