“I stayed in this hotel almost 2weeks ,and had a truly enjoyable experience from check-in to chec-out.
The hotel is clean,modern,comfortable and great breakfast -exactly what you want for a long day.
The room was spacious, well appointed and clean, just air conditioning was a bit too laud.
What truly made my stay special ,was nice service especially Jenna at the front desk.
She was very nice , helpful and went above to help me and make me feel welcome .

“I stayed in room 102. I’ve never seen a rug so dirty in my life the bedding was clean, but the whole place needs a work over the shower system the toilet system. The flooring needs totally redone. It’s a dive and if that rug could talk. It’s got 40 years of talking. It’s time to change the flooring.”

“A great hotel and we've stayed here several times--mostly for extended stays of 3 to 7 days. All was great BUT we've noticed a bit of "slippage" in maintenance and small but important details. One swivel chair in our room had a broken leg. The pillows on our comfy king size bed were pretty worn and need replacement. Even so we love the Metterra and will likely stay there again later this year.”

“We had to leave the property within 1.5 hours of checking in due to its poor condition. The room was extremely dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and the washroom was not properly cleaned. Our experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend booking this place.
Despite leaving shortly after arrival because the accommodations were unacceptable, the hotel staff refused to provide a refund.”
