“The food in the casino is mediocre. Truck was scratched in the parking lot - hotel security took a picture and told me I'd have to file a report with Edmonton police, no real care on their end. The room was clean. The check in staff has to deal with 2 sides so we waited quite a while to check in. The area is close to a transit station lots of riff raff hanging about. “This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, even above some of the 5 star hotels I've been a guest at previously. Everything was so clean and nice. The room was gorgeous with rolling black out curtains, which I loved, and lots of windows, the bathroom was big and the bed was super comfy. My room also came with a lot of storage space and a chaise lounge by the window.
