I even went out of my way to leave Mario a voicemail requesting a call back, and he couldn't be bothered to return my call. The complete lack of communication,...

“Clean room and spacious. Breakfast was good and plenty. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.”

“Too bad they din't have cappuccino for breakfast”

“Good stay”

“Struttura basic. Stanza rumorosa abbiamo trovato delle formiche in bagno. Non lo consiglio. Colazione sufficiente”

“Clean room, quiet”

“The gym was filthy, no water and the TV stuck on loud cartoons, the pool was a bit opaque, my room had dental flossers on the floor and urine splatters on the floor and rim when I checked in, broken tiles in the bathroom, one elevator out of service, coffee machine had flooded the counter and floor and breakfast staff kept walking by, stairwells Reeked of pot and had never been vacuumed. Need I say more?”

“Everything was wonderful. The rooms are cleaned and the staff was very kind. Breakfast was nice. Would stay here again!”

“It was ok.”

“Senza lode né infamia. Colazione oltre le aspettative.”

“We usually find something in a overnight stay but we did not have that happen here. The rooms were very clean the staff was always available and friendly. We went into the breakfast with minimal hope and came out surprised at how good everything was. We went for the Sharks game and was very pleased with how easy it was to get to the game using light rail that stops right in front of the hotel. We loved it here.”

“La camera spaziosa , un po datata , sarebbe da dare una rinnovata . Pulizia della camera mediocre , trovato parecchi capelli in bagno ”

“Was put in room 204 after asking for a quiet room. Door to hall very loud from that room, so awakened daily 4:30-5:30 am to slamming (despite earplugs and white noise). Thursday morning there was some commotion from 3:30-4:30. Wore earplugs on subsequent nights which helped”

“Great spot”
