Hotel vicino a El Rodeo Nightclub - San José

“I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at this Marriott property. Throughout my interactions, it was clear that the staff did not know how to appropriately address my concerns or provide any meaningful assistance. Instead, I was repeatedly referred to the manager, Mario, who was seemingly never available. I even went out of my way to leave Mario a voicemail requesting a call back, and he couldn't be bothered to return my call. The complete lack of communication,...

“Hotel nuovo e molto pulito vicinissimo all’aeroporto ed all’autostrada. Staff gentile e professionale. Colazione varia e completa ( dolce, salato, caldo freddo) molto buona. Camere ben insonorizzate e ben arredate e pulite. Attrezzate di tutto il necessario con una cucina completa. Servizi adeguati alla categoria, lavanderia self-service, piscina, angolo barbecue all’aperto, parcheggio a pagamento. Ho soggiornato con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto molto bene, quindi lo consiglio a tutti.”

“Clean room and spacious. Breakfast was good and plenty. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.”

“Our room was clean, the staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking.”

“Too bad they din't have cappuccino for breakfast”

“Struttura basic. Stanza rumorosa abbiamo trovato delle formiche in bagno. Non lo consiglio. Colazione sufficiente”

“Clean room, quiet”

“Everything was wonderful. The rooms are cleaned and the staff was very kind. Breakfast was nice. Would stay here again!”

“The gym was filthy, no water and the TV stuck on loud cartoons, the pool was a bit opaque, my room had dental flossers on the floor and urine splatters on the floor and rim when I checked in, broken tiles in the bathroom, one elevator out of service, coffee machine had flooded the counter and floor and breakfast staff kept walking by, stairwells Reeked of pot and had never been vacuumed. Need I say more?”

“Camera pulita climatizzatore non abilitato a caldo ma solo a freddo. In giornate fredde non è il Massimo. Segnalato purtroppo nonostante personale cortese non risolto”

“It was ok.”

“We usually find something in a overnight stay but we did not have that happen here. The rooms were very clean the staff was always available and friendly. We went into the breakfast with minimal hope and came out surprised at how good everything was. We went for the Sharks game and was very pleased with how easy it was to get to the game using light rail that stops right in front of the hotel. We loved it here.”

“La camera spaziosa , un po datata , sarebbe da dare una rinnovata . Pulizia della camera mediocre , trovato parecchi capelli in bagno ”
