Questa casa privata in Homestead of Edwards è a 7 minuti dai lotti di Beaver Creek ea circa 15 minuti dai lotti di Vail. Si trova su un terreno di mezzo ettaro e vanta ampie viste su e giù per la valle. La ristrutturazione dell'estate 2018 ha reso questa casa ancora migliore per le famiglie. Ci sono tre camere da letto più un doppio rotelle in una delle stanze. Wifi gratuito in loco, televisori intelligenti in tutte le camere, ampio pacchetto di cavi, arredi e biancheria premium, open space, cucina ben attrezzata, due patii all'aperto, un grill, un garage per due auto e una lavanderia completa. Ci sono giocattoli e una cucina di gioco sul posto, nonché un pacchetto e giocare. I cani lo adorano per i sentieri escursionistici fuori dalla porta sul retro. Disponiamo di servizi di raccolta rifiuti e di gestione immobiliare e di un eccellente personale addetto alla pulizia che assicura che la nostra casa per cani sia adatta a persone con allergie.

We will be back!!

Melinda's place perfectionated our week long ski trip with our old family friends. Weather was perfect and the scenary from the bay window by a fireplace was serene and made us feel at home. Everything was well appointed and a big waterfall kitchen island and a dining table made our gatherings even more enjoyable. Nice and quiet neighbor and we saw whitetail deer families as well in the neighbor. We are coming back Thank you!!!

A perfect house for our skiing trip staying during Christmas

The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It has everything that we need for our family to have a great time. House is located in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to markets and restaurants. A gate at the front of the house allows access to the park with many trails to walk our dog is super convenient. The last but not the least, the host is very responsive and helpful. We would not hesitate to come back again if we are visiting the areas in the future. Thank you for a wonderful house.

Beautiful home

This property was such a great find. So beautifully renovated, and 5 of us slept very well in the comfortable beds. The location is fantastic and really close to Edwards restaurants and shops. The kitchen and living area are spacious and great hangout spots. And the house was well stocked with everything we could ever need. We are picky about lodging, and we could not have been happier with this house. Will definitely plan on renting again. Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving getaway

Great location for dog lovers in great neighborhood right at a trail head. It’s the 4th time for us staying here and experienced phenomenal snow service as we got almost 2 feet of snow. Will come again next year

It was the best part of the trip!

They let’s us bring our babies which was so sweet of them. We had a fabulous time and the downstairs was big enough for our little family so we didn’t have to stay upstairs. Our dogs don’t do stairs well. The entire house was beautiful and the property as well. We for very lucky finding this place and we will stay there again

Fantastic!

This house was huge, immaculate and had beautiful views. Easy to find and was well equipped. Parking was a breeze and the neighbors were super nice. We ever had a few neighbor dogs hang out with us outside for most of our trip. Lovely! There is access to a walking trail directly behind the house and we loved that

Beautiful & modern

We loved our time - the little kitchen for the toddler in our crew, the ability to have a doggie on site, and the ease of modernity of the place! We loved it. We learned to keep the heat flow throughout the house, it's best to keep bedroom doors open as the upstairs queen bed room was quite cold - and - the master tub doesn't have a temperature gauge on its faucet, which was a little tricky to get the right bath temp + it splatters a bit when filing, so towels need to be on the floor. Otherwise fabulous stay and we'll be back!

Perfect Edward’s home

The house is beautifully designed, large open living/kitchen, master on main floor, 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs. The property backs onto Edward’s open space, so house is light and airy. The house is extensively stocked. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Perfect Location!

We’ve stayed in the Edwards area several times before, but this location was perfect with a trail system directly behind the house. The house has everything you need and they even had toys out for my son. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful mountain home

We had a great week long stay. The house is perfectly appointed and in a beautiful location. we loved making meals in the beautiful updates kitchen, playing card game hanging out in the living room. All of the bedrooms are extremely comfortable, each with their own TV. The entire property is very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are well appointed with towels, shampoo, and soap. The was a fantastic place to stay for our ski vacation!

LOVED IT SO MUCH!

This was such a great spot - the perfect spot for relaxing, but also close enough to both BC & Vail for some mountain time! We kept saying how great we slept because the beds are INCREDIBLE. There’s so much attention to detail in this space, idk that I’ve ever stayed in an VRBO this well stocked & maintained! We’ll be back same place & time next year and we can’t wait!

Wonderful Stay!

Great property, very clean and spacious. The location was perfect. We felt like we were at home. Our dogs also had a great time walking in the open space and making friends with other neighborhood dogs. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place, but dirty

The place is beautiful very cozy with amazing mountains views. The location is perfect because it surrounded with supermarkets, gas stations and it close by vail and fisco. The only bad thing is that the entire house is full of dog hairs. I had to vacuum the entire house the first day.

Second time…AMAZING!!

Second time staying at this wonderful property! I stayed one year ago, and the property is still in fantastic shape! Melinda is always responsive and wonderful. This place is modern and has all the amenities - a hot tub for winter use would make this property a 6 out of 5…just sayin :-) Thank you for offering this great property at a fair price!
