Right at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, the location is convenient for those who love to hike and rock climb, sightsee, shoot photography, and ski in the winter. Drive around town to discover local eateries, arts, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions to complete your amazing vacation.

Inside, you will be welcomed by a bright interior with lots of natural light. In the living room, you are invited to gather in front of the smart TV to stream your favorite movie with the family. The gas fireplace will keep you nice and warm during cold winter days. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private backyard patio as the sun rises over the Rocky Mountains, making memories that will last a lifetime. The firepit is an ideal gathering spot, especially at night! When mealtime comes around, the kitchen will have your back with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you could need to whip up tasty, homemade meals.

The basement offers a secluded spot to unwind with a mini-fridge, microwave, smart TV, sectional sofa, a two-person table, a full bathroom, and a private bedroom with its own smart TV. The third floor features two additional bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great ski vacation stay.

The house was great for close access to Edwards and Arrowhead. The place was clean and pretty new. Comfortable living room with gas fireplace and plenty of room for 4-6 people.

Ski vacation

Excellent location. Well appointed kitchen. Nice washer and dryer. Good internet. Garage held my SUV— warm car to start out the day. Good selection of local restaurants, and Avon is only one exit away for a large Walmart.
