“Room wasn’t clean, found ants in our 2nd room ”

“Overall the hotel was nice and clean. The halls were nie and bright and the room felt spacious. The breakfast was very good on the first day but the subsequent days the scrambled eggs looked grey and the gravy looked as though it had been sitting out for a while. And, truth be told, I didn't like that a "Vape Here" was in the overflow parking lot. To each their own, but had I known, I might not have stayed here being it was for a family vacation.”

“Only negative was that the room next to us was under construction, so after we checked in late following a cheer competition, we woke up to loud music and construction happening to the room next to us. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean.”

“The staff was friendly, hotel, very clean, nice morning breakfast included. Great location for driving into the city and pretty area all around with shopping and restaurants. There is not housekeeping every day. It is every other day. And disappointing that it's $30 to park. ”

“Breakfast was good and area seems safe. The only issue we had was the elevator being down for the night we were there. ”

“I arrived early because I had a wedding to attend. We flew in from NY. I asked if we could check in and I was told that check in is at 4pm. Which I understand but I just explained that I had to attend a wedding at 4pm. The lady at the front desk was annoyed and rude. Then she proceed to tell me that my room wasn’t ready but I with face to pay an early check in fee. I don’t not have an issue with paying a fee for checking in early. What I do have an issue with is the young ladies attitude and how...

“Do not stay here it was not clean at all and the staff seemed to have an attitude. I asked for room service one person okay they be in the morning we left for the entire day. No one came we ask another person at the front desk she said, “they don’t do everyday room service they do it once a week”. And all I wanted was a can of Lysol and never got it and there no breakfast. Same worker caught a attitude when I ask for more towels.”

“I guess the worst thing was we were on the second floor with no elevator and I have a bad leg. When we asked to be on the first floor, it wasn’t available. The room was clean. I didn’t really see the staff much. It was OK, but we won’t book there again. ”

“When you lay your head on a stained sheet and looked up and see dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling, you know you’re gonna give it a one-star rating. And that’s not to mentioned an unaerated, clogged-up sink. The smell of a cleaning formula was so overpowering that I had to wear a face mask so I can sleep. 😮 Go figure.”
