“I asked for some special considerations due to my traveling with my hearing impaired daughter and they accommodated everything we needed with a smile. The staff was excellent from Gustavo who helped with room considerations to the night clerk Tom, who made dinner recommendations that we followed and were delighted with his suggestions. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast selections were adequate and tasty. All in all it was a great stay and would come back or recommend to other travelers.”

“Overall the hotel was nice and clean. The halls were nie and bright and the room felt spacious. The breakfast was very good on the first day but the subsequent days the scrambled eggs looked grey and the gravy looked as though it had been sitting out for a while. And, truth be told, I didn't like that a "Vape Here" was in the overflow parking lot. To each their own, but had I known, I might not have stayed here being it was for a family vacation.”

“The staff was friendly, hotel, very clean, nice morning breakfast included. Great location for driving into the city and pretty area all around with shopping and restaurants. There is not housekeeping every day. It is every other day. And disappointing that it's $30 to park. ”

“Great breakfast options both hot and cold. Nice eating area. The staff I think her name was just, she checked us in Saturday and have us many eating and sites to visit. I loved the garage and how easy it was to get to my room from the garage. It's a great set up. I would definitely start again!”

“Only negative was that the room next to us was under construction, so after we checked in late following a cheer competition, we woke up to loud music and construction happening to the room next to us. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean.”

“Breakfast was good and area seems safe. The only issue we had was the elevator being down for the night we were there. ”

“When you lay your head on a stained sheet and looked up and see dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling, you know you’re gonna give it a one-star rating. And that’s not to mentioned an unaerated, clogged-up sink. The smell of a cleaning formula was so overpowering that I had to wear a face mask so I can sleep. 😮 Go figure.”

“I arrived early because I had a wedding to attend. We flew in from NY. I asked if we could check in and I was told that check in is at 4pm. Which I understand but I just explained that I had to attend a wedding at 4pm. The lady at the front desk was annoyed and rude. Then she proceed to tell me that my room wasn’t ready but I with face to pay an early check in fee. I don’t not have an issue with paying a fee for checking in early.
