“No complaints. The property met our needs. The hotel is adjacent to Green Hills Mall. Plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Parking is free, which is unusual in Nashville. These are the primary reasons we chose it. The facilities were clean and staff was very accommodating. For example, we brought dessert back from our dinner. They provided plates and utensils for us to eat it. We did not eat breakfast; so, I cannot comment on that. The only negative I can...

“I stayed at this hotel in January 2026 during the ice storm that left 50% of Nashvillians without heat and electricity in single digit temperatures for many days. The hotel became fully booked quickly. The dedicated staff did an excellent job accommodating guests’ needs in a professional manner. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. First class!”

So the staff put us in another room and we're very grateful. The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed our overnight stay after a long day of traveling. “Hotel nella zona universitaria di Nashville. Fuori mano rispetto a Broadway ma con fermata bus comoda. Hotel in buone condizioni, pulito, camera ok, bagno con box doccia (quindi non con la classica tenda all'americana) molto pulito e nuovo. Buono il wifi, colazione standard USA. Parcheggio proposto a pagamento (abbastanza caro), ci sono alternative più economiche nei dintorni”
