Hotel vicino a Shy's Hill - Nashville

“The man at the reception desk was not friendly or welcoming. My daughter stayed here to break up a 16 hour trip home from grad school. She arrived around 11 pm from a 10 hour drive and ordered door dash. The reception man was disapproving of this and made it very clear. She felt very unwelcome. She loved the hotel itself, but will likely not stay here again on a trip home.”

“Room was decent, large and enough amenities for a cheap hotel. Don’t pay the $30 parking fee, plenty of on-street parking. Breakfast was horrible. Rubber scrambled eggs, awful potatoes, one of the worst “free” breakfasts I’ve ever experienced, don’t bother, coffee tolerable. There’s a McDonald’s a mile down the road that is almost as bad but at least the egg McMuffin is better and the coffee is decent. Our room on the third floor looked out on a barren landscape that had visible irrigation but...

“The rooms were clean. The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was quiet and we slept well. But, I absolutely did not like being charged $35.00 to park in their garage. After paying over $300.00 for one night, and being older, retired folks on a fixed income, that did not seem very fair. Lynne”

“Good enough! I only stayed one night because I was just passing through and the price was within my range. The room was clean and secure. The surrounding area felt safe. I didn't use all of the amenities bc of my short stay. The grounds were well kept and well lit.”

“In town from Tuscaloosa and booked a last minute stay to go to Nashville Zoo! The front desk person that checked me in was so nice and professional! The person that checked in before me was giving her a hard time and spoke so rude to her. He kept throwing up the fact he was a diamond member or whatever the frequent stay members are called. I felt terrible as she was visibly upset by the rude behavior of this hotel guest but she calmly maintained her composure and professionalism through it all....
