“This hotel was clean, conveniently located for quick Uber to Green Hills and/or Downtown Nashville. The staff, specifically Chris at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay special. Breakfast was good (typical hotel buffet style). Room was spacious with couch and great TV and really nice, big Shower. Bathroom was very tight though with door so close to toilet that you had to be mindful of your feet when closing the door. There was NO freezer in the little mini-fridge”

“It would have been a great stay had it not been for the 8 yr old hockey team and their drunk parents treating the hallway like their own personal bar/hangout. We had extremely early games and they were partying in the hallway past midnight each night. ”

“No complaints. The property met our needs. The hotel is adjacent to Green Hills Mall. Plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Parking is free, which is unusual in Nashville. These are the primary reasons we chose it. The facilities were clean and staff was very accommodating. For example, we brought dessert back from our dinner. They provided plates and utensils for us to eat it. We did not eat breakfast; so, I cannot comment on that. The only negative I can...

“Room was fantastic and had everything we needed. Hotel was quiet. Staff was great. Breakfast bar was really impressive! I'm still giving it 5-stars, but Hotels.com should say overnight parking is $35. We used mall parking garage across the street. ”
