“Never in my life have I come back home day 1 of 4 to a hotel & found all of my stuff gone. The cleaning staff cleaned my room & threw it all away. All my food, all my items, everything in the bathroom. Well over $1,000+ worth of stuff & they have done nothing to help me, wont reimburse me.... absolute nightmare considering & cant just go re-buy all that stuff. I travel every 3-4 days for work so i'm constantly jumping around. Huge huge issue & a big slap in the face. Horrible service”

“The front desk people were very nice. However at check in we learned someone tried to call us about our reservation but we had no messages. No big deal. The first room we were put looked like maybe it was a work in progress for renovations, no privacy curtains on the window, shower broke. 2nd room kitchen wasn't very clean, fridge and stove rusty shower tub was either stained with grim or just dirty. Bed was clean and comfortable but very firm. Probably wouldn't stay here again. ”

“The checkin process is a mess and ended up assigning the same room to 2 different people. My luggage was thrown out in the corridor by another guest. I want a refund, please avoid this property at any cost”

“Hotel clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel room was a bit worn but clean enough. Could use a bit of updating. A/c worked great. I did it eat breakfast. The reason was because there was a dead roach in the elevator. It was cleaned up after I got back on, but just turned me off of eating any food .”
