Gli appartamenti sono stati progettati da Johnsen Schmaling Architects da Milwaukee, pensando al viaggiatore moderno. Ogni appartamento 500sf dispone di 1 camera da letto, 1 bagno e una cucina completa. Grandi finestre attirano la vostra attenzione sul vostro patio privato. A pochi passi è tutto di Egg Harbor e i numerosi negozi, ristoranti e bar che ha da offrire.



Gli appartamenti sono stati progettati pensando al viaggiatore moderno e per ottenere il massimo da 500sf. La camera da letto dispone di un letto king size. Il bagno ha una bella doccia piastrellata con infissi moderni di alta gamma. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura a induzione, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, caffettiera e tutti i servizi necessari per preparare un pasto. Avrai accesso a un intero appartamento con ingresso privato. Siamo orgogliosi di creare un'esperienza automatizzata e senza interruzioni quando e dove possibile. La costruzione è completa e stiamo dando il benvenuto ai nostri primi ospiti nel giugno 2019.  Abbiamo oltre 800 recensioni su Airbnb, la proprietà è progettata da un architetto di fama mondiale e costruita da un grande costruttore di Door County.



Egg Harbor è la città di Door County che attualmente ha il maggior "entusiasmo". È la prima tappa mentre sali in HWY 42. Abbiamo avuto un sacco di ottime opzioni per la ristorazione, tra cui Parador, per anni. Il 2018 è stato un grande anno che ha visto l'apertura di Hatch Distillery e il trasferimento del ristorante Fireside da Ellison Bay. Il 2019 promette di essere il più grande anno con l'apertura della sala da bagno One Barrel Brewing insieme alla terza posizione di Wild Tomato Pizza. Tutti i grandi punti di cui sopra sono raggiungibili a piedi dell'appartamento. Egg Harbor è situato in posizione centrale. Il resto della Penisola di Door si trova a breve distanza.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. This was the second time we stayed at this location (different unit). It is clean and the bed is very comfortable. It has a great location in Egg Harbor close to a shops and restaurants. We will be back!

My husband and I needed to recharge, and decided to celebrate our anniversary with a long weekend in Door County. The Flats of Church Street were perfect for what we needed. Quiet, and comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to restaurants for breakfast and dinner, browse some of the shops and I very much enjoyed a massage at Door County Massage. It was nice to park the car and just relax. The apartment had all we needed and was quiet. One morning we were greeted in the window by one of the local cats out exploring. We appreciated that it was close to amenities while preserving a secluded feel. Other activities are a short drive, and we explored the other areas of the peninsula. Door County Trolley provided an excellent afternoon cocktail tour. They have lots of options and the staff is top notch.

Let me start this review by noting I have stayed at the property twice now - first time was in one of the much larger units which was 10/10. This flat met expectations and the host was quick to reply when we had issues w the fridge but wished we never had the issue to start. Very clean except for a few bugs in the shower and the fridge. It wasn’t that the fridge was dirty per se but the seal was sticky, had drips out of the fridge because of it and pulled the seal off enough to affect the temp. Hopefully they took my suggestion and replaced the fridge instead of trying to jam the seal back in - a hassle and kind of gross. My fault for not noticing in the pics but THERE IS NO FREEZER. Not even a little one to refreeze ice packs. Major hassle for a summer trip. Definitely would stay again but plan differently.

The space is clean comfortable and bright with natural light. The view of the green space past the patio is pleasant. The king bed, reading chair and sofa are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. My only recommendation is that the mini fridge include a freezer section.

Splendid. Modern construction in a great neighborhood. Communication with the owners was the best ever encountered and vrbo and was flawless. Checked in with us early on, and right before, during as we are prepared to leave. Cozy abode for the two of us with an incredible view over the Prairie off the back patio. Would definitely rent again.

Great property, great location. Modern but comfy feel. Very clean with all amenities needed for a week. Walkable to everything in Egg Harbor but also quiet with serene nature right out back from the patio. From Egg Harbor you can easily explore the whole peninsula. Easy, fast communication with the hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I had a reunion in beautiful Door County. It was the perfect location for us. We took day trips to Fish Creek for shopping and restaurants, across the peninsula to check out Cana Lighthouse and also made it to Washington Island. The modern architecture was so unique & we enjoyed the fire pit several nights. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice place to stay in a great location in Egg Harbor., just a few blocks from the main street. The place was very comfortable with floor to ceiling windows, nice couch, king size bed with king size pillows. Parking is available right outside the front door.
