“The apartment is a ten minute walk from the metro station, it crosses one of the most beautiful bridges in the city. Then in other 10/15 minutes you are in Piccadilly Circus. After reading my messages, they totally ignored them and we had to call the night before to make sure that our booking was actually in place.
