“When I have arrived there was no 9ne there to check me in, the door was open, the floors are so dirty, the villa is abandoned, rooms are full of dust and old trash , I was so worried that I didn't even go to any room and stayed at the villa door calling for anyone to help and no one came, I had to leave and trying to get a refund”
