“didn't even get to check in, we contacted the hotel for the QR codes because El Gouna requires you to have QR codes to even enter the city, they told me my expedia email was "fake" and the number was "fake" and was so rude on the phone. she basically told me "I can cancel but I can't get a refund" even though THEY failed to send me the qr codes. they made one for a reservation of four. we had to sit outside for 4 hours before booking another hotel. communication is poor, management is poor,...

“Excellent service all round, beautiful villa and great at keeping in touch and updating us. Although we appreciate the high level of maintenance on the property it was slightly off putting having workmen, pool men, gardeners come around every day when we wanted some private time to sunbathe. Would love to return and highly recommend. ”
