“Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment.”

The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with several convenient amenities. “On our 1st day, the broker or the owner’s representative showed disrespect to the family members while giving instructions on how to use the facilities allowed. Not only did he insult the family helper but also my mother in law! The broker informed us that we will have to pay for the electricity bill although it’s not even mentioned in the policy. “Excellent service all round, beautiful villa and great at keeping in touch and updating us. Although we appreciate the high level of maintenance on the property it was slightly off putting having workmen, pool men, gardeners come around every day when we wanted some private time to sunbathe. Would love to return and highly recommend. ”
