“Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. Meanwhile, my driver thankfully, carried all 3 bags up the stairs in the time she’d managed to call a colleague. “The necessities like drinking water in room. Some water was there it tasted awful. Grounds and buildings not well kept. The pavements and walking areas dangerous”

“The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.”

“Grosses zimmer mit mikrowelle wasserkocher toaster kühlschrank und wlan war auch top. Ideale lage 2 min zum strand und einkaufs möglichkeiten um die ecke. Kann ich echt empfehlen das Hotel.”

“Direttamente sulla spiaggia di Morne Rouge, una delle più belle e tranquille. Camera molto spaziosa, un po' carente la pulizia. Personale gentile e disponibile. Non servito dagli autobus, si arriva in zona ristoranti con una piacevole passeggiata, 20 minuti a piedi, strada però in salita e dissestata. Ci tornerei sicuramente.”
