“Actually, the process of booking through Hotels.com the claim of everything must be handled by the hotel is not true. They are not in control of the booking. Hotels.com is in control of the booking so they were not able to amend or cancel the booking and the customer service reps consistently would refer me back to Premier Inn, which had nothing to do with booking the stay”

“The staff were friendly and polite. The room was comfy. Location was great overlooking the market square. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked english breakfast plus continental choses. Would definitely stay again.”

“We had a brilliant time and the staff were wonderful! Very well maintained hotel, excellent breakfast, and a wonderful view. The staff gave us some local tips, and sorted out our parking permit. Less than a ten minute walk from the town centre and castle, so we'll be staying here again!”
