“The resort is not in a good location. There are many better beaches in Efate”

“We recently stayed at the Ramada Resort in Port Vila and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, which really made a positive impression. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well presented, with beautiful views across the bay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work for the first two days of our stay. “Great location. Good amenities. Menu options limited - but breakfast included. The room was very good with everything you need. WiFi could do with a boost.”

“My stay at Poppy’s was great. The staff were so friendly and just lovely. Breakfast was bought to my room each morning with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bread and the accompanying condiments.”

“Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. ”

“I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised. There was no operating restaurant. The room was unclean The shutters on the windows broken. Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned.”

Il resort è principalmente dedicato al diving, con scuola Padi e immersioni guidate sia di giorno che di notte. Noi abbiamo fatto solo snorkeling e visto tanti pesci attratti dalla pastura della guida, il corallo è poverissimo. “Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only.
