Fantastic
My favourite hotel so far. So many places to sunbathe in different areas.. the apartment was spotless and huge.. perfect location too. The only thing I can really think that it needs is maybe some tea and coffee in the room as you get the kettle and a coffee maker, and maybe a later check out time 10am is very early but those are the only things I can think of.

Dear Mark, thank you very much for your comment.I am glad to know you enjoyed your stay and you got to get a lot of sun!We have discussed the possibility to provide coffee capsules and tea at arrival but as guests can get it from our supermarket, we did not pursue this idea.As we are apartments, our check-out time might seem a little early. It is possible a later check-out with a supplement. This can be requested at reception.Best regards

25 min from Alicante airport and 25 min to Benidorm. Great view, very good rooms, clean, good internet connection. No microwave but there is a stove. They have garage but you can parc outside and save some money. One small shop within the hotel. Otherwise, no shops around. You need a car to be able to get around. There is a small beach as well. Yes, I would go there again.

A wonderful stay! Visited for a short break with my children (5 & 9 years old) and highly recommend. A small, clean, quiet resort with a lovely beach. The pool area and kids club were great, with a special mention to the entertainment team who were brilliant - super friendly and enthusiastic. 2 restaurants, one of which was always open for food or drinks at all times. The area itself is quite remote so plan to travel for a better equipped shop as the shop on site, while great for emergencies, isn't stocked substantially. 5 mins walk to the tram station with easy access to Alicante, Benidorm and everywhere in between.

Pros: Overall good value. Easy beach access. Great ocean views. The resort was clean and well maintained. Very spacious penthouse apartment. The kids club (although humble) was nice. The two employees working there did a good job. In fact, customer service was good everywhere at the resort. The restaurant is a bit pricy, but good food at a convenient location. Cons: Not close to nearby shopping/attractions/etc. You’ll need a rental car. The distance to shopping is compounded by the fact that the resort’s shoppette is terribly limited and overpriced. Also, the pool area is small for how big the resort is. The pool is located such that it only looks out to the resort. Thus, no poolside views to speak of despite the resort being surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. Next, they don’t honestly have a gym/fitness center. It’s essentially a closet with a couple machines. Looking back on all my travels in my life, it’s the worst hotel gym I’ve ever seen. Finally, the apartment had some quirks. The most notable one is that our balcony door (which leads to an upstairs patio) only opened from the inside. If people were upstairs on the penthouse patio, and someone inside the apartment closed the door, the people upstairs would be stuck up there until someone inside the apartment opened the door again. Not an ideal set up, especially since the doors have to be closed for the air conditioning to turn on. The good definitely outweighs the bad, but there is room for improvement.

Not what I expected
The apartments are clean & quite comfortable & the resort itself is fine. The restaurant is very good with friendly & helpful staff. The bar is ok. The shop is not great & the gym is a disgrace, really poor. The beach was dirty, it’s a public beach but the resort could sweep it of litter easily & it would be much better. Reception had one very helpful man but the rest were uncooperative. One woman was just plain rude. Pools are ok but the block C “exclusive” pool is tiny & not exclusive. The website promises more than it delivers.

We had an amazing holiday at the resort. Our flight landed in the evening so check in was no issue for us. The apartment was lovely spacious and clean. The sea view from the terrace was beautiful and the beach is next to the resort and our kids loved it. We also explored the beaches around the area and they all were so beautiful and lots of activities like parasailing/water inflatables/boat trips etc. My kids experienced was made so much more special because of Miguel,Georgio and Marisa - in the kids club they were so entertaining and did lots of activities with the kids, especially the dancing by the pool and meeting the mascot Mio! My kids will miss you guys so much - thank you for all the love! We paid for breakfast at the bar they have there and found it nice, there could be more variety offered for the breakfast buffet though. There is also a restaurant on site but we didn’t get to try it - next time! Underground Parking is offered at a price and we used this as we had a hire car. The only negative or constructive criticism I have is the reception staff could smile and be a bit more pleasant and friendly as they are the face of the resort.

No merece 4 estrellas ni un 9/10
Lo bueno : -El hotel y playa son muy bonitos. -La limpieza al recibir el mini apartamento era muy buena (sin embargo pasamos allí 5 días y no acudieron a realizar limpieza ningún día). -El servicio y comida del restaurante son buenos. Lo malo: -Las camas son muy básicas, colchones relativamente delgados y duros, 1 sola almohada por persona. -Lo peor fue que 2 noches distintas tuvimos que dormir con calor por que el aire acondicionado no funcionó y no hay nadie que te resuelva problemas en la noche. La solución del hotel fue simplemente ofrecer una disculpa en las 2 distintas ocasiones. -Además, no podíamos ni abrir las ventanas por qué en las noches se percibía un olor intenso a clocaca o tubería (insoportable) y había mosquitos. Edificio C1.22 -Esperábamos un mejor servicio de Spa ya que es parte del nombre del hotel !! Pero no funcionaba ni el sauna ni el baño de vapor. Nos realizamos un masaje de pareja, los precios son altos para la calidad de servicio que realmente ofrecen.

Nos alegra saber que el hotel y la playa le parecieron muy agradables, así como la limpieza del alojamiento a su llegada. También nos alegra saber que quedó satisfecho con el servicio y la comida de nuestro restaurante. Nos disculpamos por los inconvenientes que experimentó con las camas, el aire acondicionado y los problemas de olores. Entendemos que fue frustrante. Nos gustaría informarle de que el problema del aire acondicionado se resolvió al cabo de 2 días. En cuanto a los problemas de olores, nos gustaría hacer hincapié en que esto está fuera de nuestro control, ya que la fuente está a kilómetros de distancia del complejo. También transmitiremos sus comentarios sobre el spa y la relación calidad-precio de los masajes al equipo correspondiente para que estudien mejoras. Gracias de nuevo por sus comentarios, y esperamos que considere alojarse con nosotros de nuevo en el futuro, donde haremos todo lo posible para mejorar su experiencia. Lovely looking resort in a beautiful location, actual apartment was a little disappointing - we arrived to an apartment that was like an oven and it took 12 hours to cool The air conditioning was noisy - it would wake you up as and when it clicks on The dancing around the pool was something reminiscent of a Benidorm themed event which would put me off staying again / it seemed to be a daily thing…. The beach restaurant was pointless as it’s always empty but apparently booked for weeks - the small cafe on site was pleasant enough Having to pay for parking irked me when your paying 400 euros a night for an average apartment t The staff where lovely and for a 3 star resort it’s just about okay It’s fair to say I won’t be back

Complex is mooi. Zwembad wat klein en weinig bedjes. Strand direct aan complex. Dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt is op ca. 10 kilometer. Dit is heel onhandig. Minimarket bij complex is duur en heel beperkt. Restaurant Nuzza is heel goed. Tapasbar is chaotisch, slechte service en ongeïnteresseerd personeel. Restaurant La Perla Azul is ook op loopafstand (3 min) maar sluit al om 20.00 uur. s Avonds verder geen vertier voor wie dit zoekt.

Hemos pasado genial, disfrutamos mucho del espacio, el piso tenía unas vistas estupendas al mar. Recomiendo mucho. El acceso a la playa es muy fácil e todos los servicios del complejo están estupendos. Lo que hay que decir es que no nos avisan de todos antes de la llegada, aunque nos envían un whatsapp un día antes, pero faltaría avisar a los huéspedes de algunos detalles, como por ejemplo que tienes que llevar tu papel higiénico y servilletas. Además, si llevas una mascota, hay que avisar con antelación porque no son todos los pisos que lo permiten.... Al llegar no habíamos avisado per nos han cambiado pronto de piso. Al salir tienes que tirar la basura, pero no es facil encontrar un contenedor en el local.

El lavabo es totalmente inapropiado para un alojamiento en alquiler, oscuro y con la cal sumando a que no tragaba correctamente era una piscina continua de liquido blanquecino, un asco. Falta de personal tanto en bar (Espera excesiva) como en la zona de spa, nunca encontramos a nadie para que informara de taquillas que se ofrecen en recepción,ni nada es distintos momentos del día.

Die Unterkunft war super . Super Ausblick. Strand könnte für die Besucher saubere sein zumindest besser begehbar. Ohne Auto ist man dort fehl am Platz Die Preise im Kiosk waren etwas teuer.

Een ideale combinatie tussen hotel en appartement. Een kamer met zeezicht geboekt en we zaten ook direct aan zee. Vriendelijk personeel. We zijn vandaag thuis gekomen,, maar hebben het nu al over nog een keer hierheen.

Beautiful apartments, really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back. If staying here would recommend to rent a car as there isn’t much near by. There is a train station, which is a 5 min walk however, line closes around 10:30/11pm

Rigtig fint ophold - dejlig lejlighed, skøn terrasse og super udsigt. Det er en lille og meget lækker strand man kan tilgå og poolområdet er rigtig fint. Dejlig ophold.

Awesome view, nice staff, great room(s) only suggestion is to always have a rental car to ensure you can get to the store(s) as the apartment is not "close" to a shopping center or boulevard.

Vistas y cercanía al mar. Estancias amplias y bastante privado. Personal muy agradable. Faltaron pequeños detalles pero importantes como un secador de pelo y servicio de aseo (pastilla jabón, champú, gel...)
