“For starters he told the young lady to take pictures of both my id and credit card and to send it to him ..I wasn't told the reason why he needed to take pictures of my PERSONAL INFORMATION.. I finally got into the hotels off the walk i was greeted with spiders.. my bed was made but the sheets were dirty as if these were the same sheets from the previous stay. “I loved the newness, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Was not pleased with having to pay $100 for incidentals when I knew I would not be utilizing any since I was in town for a family funeral and meeting at their properties for meals etc. Holding a card number would’ve been more affordable than spending another $100 and waiting for return of monies.”
