Situata sul lungomare del tranquillo Mar di Cortez, in Messico, Casa Cardonal è una squisita tenuta privata con una spiaggia di sabbia incontaminata, acqua balneabile, piscina a sfioro, vasca idromassaggio e ampie aree salotto e pranzo all'aperto. I nostri ospiti apprezzano la pesca di classe mondiale, il kayak e l'esplorazione ATV dentro e intorno al villaggio di pescatori casual di El Cardonal.

Questo composto privato di un acro, costruito nel 2005, è disponibile per il noleggio di giorno (minimo 4 notti), settimana o mese.

La Casa con i suoi 4.000 piedi quadrati di spazio drammaticamente aperto offre una vista spettacolare sull'acqua e spazio per intrattenere una folla. La Casa comprende tutti i comfort moderni, tra cui TV satellitare, impianto stereo incorporato, connessione internet wireless e cucina "all'avanguardia" con refrigeratori per vino, cassetti riscaldanti, fornello a gas a 6 fuochi e forno a microonde.

I 2000 piedi quadrati Casita (pensione) offre una cucina completa, una zona soggiorno con camino e due camere da letto con bagno interno, che possono ospitare fino a 6 ospiti aggiuntivi.

Oltre alla proprietà stessa, ciò che distingue Casa Cardonal è lo staff che dobbiamo servirvi. Octavio fornirà il tuo trasporto da e per l'aeroporto e offre numerose escursioni ovunque tu voglia andare nella zona di Baja. Offre anche visite guidate ATV che ti consentono di andare molto più lontano di quanto potresti fare da solo, incluso un viaggio lungo l'arroyo per vedere gli antichi petroglifi.

Francesca offre servizi di catering e offre pasti fantastici tra cui tutta la generosità del mare, deliziose cene di bistecca e, naturalmente, piatti tradizionali messicani.

Mino è il tuo custode in loco e il capitano della barca per il panga da pesca di 25 piedi della Casa. È al tuo servizio per portarti a pescare, a giocare a golf (25 minuti in barca), su un ecoturismo per il miglior snorkeling della zona o a Isla Cerralvo (un'isola incontaminata disabitata con conchiglie, nidi di tartarughe e spiagge sabbiose). Mino è un eccellente pescatore. Ha vinto il Los Barriles Dorado Fishing Derby nel 2005 e ha aiutato uno dei nostri ospiti a sbarcare un marlin nero da 550 libbre nel settembre del 2010. Una cosa è agganciare un pesce come questo; è un altro per farlo entrare in una panga di 25 piedi!

Forniamo un servizio di portineria (Hector e Kathinka) per mostrarti il luogo e spiegare le caratteristiche della Casa e della zona. Il loro compito è aiutarti a pianificare la tua vacanza e organizzare tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Maria Luisa è la tua governante e arriverà ogni giorno per rifare i letti, lavare i piatti e fare tutto il bucato che desideri. Avrai voglia di rimanere per sempre!

We (5 couples) had an amazing time at Casa Cardonal! The people, the property and amenities were incredible! The guys fished for a total of 12 hours and caught some great fish species with Mino as their boat captain! We used the pool, hot tub, shuffleboard and ping pong on a daily basis and enjoyed every minute! We loved Maria and Mino especially! Francesca and Octavio were amazing as well! Thank you for providing this very fun and memorable place to stay!

Third time back and can’t wait to return! Maria and Minot tend to every need!!! The home and casita have everything you will need right down to the sunscreen in case you forget to bring some. The local stores have the daily provisions you might run out of, but be sure to shop at Chapitos in Los Barilles on your way up. La Dina is a very good spot for breakfast and lunch as well as the Hotel. Great Italian/Mexican food at La Hornilla. Fun pizza bar behind the hotel. Relax and have fun!!!

We had a great time here. The rental company are great facilitators and are prompt with communication. The house has a ton of amenities and is well maintained. Mino made sure the hot tub was full and hot every morning. The beach and ocean amazing and we saw whales and mobula rays while we were there.

I couldn't have been happier with the house. We rented Casa Cardonal for a family birthday trip. We had Maria make all the dinners and they were all wonderful. She also made birthday cake for two of the meals also delicious. Mino took us out fishing two days and we caught Dorodo, Tuna and Marlin. The only down fall to the house is the distance to town, but the house can easly provide entertainment for everyone

If you are looking for high end, this is it. Location is great if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of Los Barrilles. If you rent a Side By Side it’s 25 min drive to town. Great fishing from the panga on property. Lots of amenities. Our family loves this part of town - it’s very low key.

This by far was one of the best family vacations we have taken together. The Casa and Casita exceeded our expectations. Mino, Francesca and Maria could not have been more attentive . The pool is spectacular and was used 4-6 hours per day. We'll be back for sure!

The only reason I gave a 4 star rating on the accuracy of the description is because it was so much more than described. We wished we could stay through the summer. Our group ranged in age from 4-71. We all had the time of our lives. Franseca and Maria became family to us. Maria’s granddaughter, Paulina, came a few afternoons to play with our 5 kids while Maria made us popcorn and cookies. We used a translate app on our phones so we could visit with each other. Maria and franseca taught us to make tortillas one day and tamales another day. They spoiled the kids every morning with pancakes and anything the kids asked for. We used the paddle boards and snorkeling gear then went fishing with Mino 2 times. We met the couple next door and found we had been to high school with them and had several friends in common. A small world. We would happily return again.

We knew the property was beautiful from the pictures, but we had no idea how truly amazing it would be until we pulled up, the doors were all open, and we could look out to paradise! Everything was perfect: the food, the fishing, the warm pool, and relaxing hot tub. Mino, Francesca, and Maria were wonderfully attentive and friendly. We kayaked through the manta rays, drove ATV's through the mountains, paddle boarded, played ping pong, and so much more. We will definitley be back as soon as we can!! Thank you.

Perfect setting for a family vacation. The pool and beach were perfect for the kids. The cooks and caretakers for the house were excellent as well.

We spent a few days here (for the 2nd time!) in January and had an absolutely wonderful, relaxing time. Casa Cardonal is perfectly arranged for a family to spend as much or as little time together as they want. Everything you could want is included so all you have to think about is relaxing. Mino & Maria Louisa are fantastic around the property and always there for anything you need. Getting there is not for the faint of heart, but that's kind of the point. Do yourself a favor and make the trek out to this little piece of paradise and leave the world behind for a week. It's good for the soul :)

Our family (11 of us ranging in age from 86 to 8 years old) just spent a lovely relaxing week at this beautiful house. The house is just as pictured and was comfortable for all of us. The heated pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and have such a gorgeous view. Although the week was a little windier and chillier than I expected we did have a few days where the sea was calm enough to use the paddle boards. We went out in the boat fishing one day with Mino and caught three huge dorado which Francesca cooked us for dinner. Another day Mino took 7 of us on the boat to Isla Cerralvo and we saw a gray whale, orca, seals and went snorkeling at the beautiful beach on the island which was great. My teen was thankful for the satellite dish at the house so he could watch football games on Sunday. We all loved having the ping pong table and shuffleboard too. We had Francesca cook every night except one when we went to the restaurant up the road at the Las Terrazas hotel. The house is definitely a remote destination. The little town of Cardonal is tiny- just two convenience stores - and it’s a half an hour into the nearby beach town of Los Barilles , but that’s part of the appeal of this place. You have the beach virtually to yourself and we loved getting up and doing early morning beach walks. We did use the Yukon to go to a nearby beach - Punta Pescadero- where the water is calmer even on windy days as it’s a little more protected. Mike, the owner, was super responsive to all the many questions I had leading up to the trip. My only regret - I wish I’d booked horseback riding before we arrived . We were there a holiday week and by the time we got there and tried to arrange it, it was all booked up. Overall Great house. I would totally return to this place. Beautiful, quite, comfortable and excellent service and amenities.

If you are looking for a quiet place to unplug and unwind, Casa Cardonal will fit the bill. Came for a short two day visit and enjoyed the beauty of the east cape in this quaint town. The people are friendly and the vibe is homey and relaxing. Rent an ATV from Sergio so you can explore the beach and town. Would be great for families and groups especially if you are into fishing. The town is small so it's best to pass by a grocery store to fill you up on drinks and food before you arrive. Definitely recommend the Casa for those looking for a beach escape!

We came back to Casa Cardonal for the second time, but we brought 4 other couples with us. Everyone was amazed at the property, people and food. We had a great time. Mino took us fishing 3 days. We caught El Dorado - enough for 2 meals and a 220 striped Marlin!! Already trying to figure out how to get back there again. We love it. Thanks to all the staff - Maria, Francesca, Octavio and Mino. And thanks to Wolf Properties - great job!

The Casa is amazing in so many ways. The water is so accessible. We went snorkeling , kayaking , paddle boarding and fishing in calm water. We caught many fish including a 62 lb rooster fish! That is trophy size. We never even turned on the air conditioning once. It was comfortable day and night. We will be going back!

Very fun getaway, perfect weather for June, warm, calm water for swimming. House gorgeous and comfortable, hardly another sole on the beaches, snorkeling very good, pool lovely, long kayak paddles, didn’t fish but watched the boats head out each morning towards La Paz. Meals and service great. If you treasure getting away from the hordes of revealers in Cabo, this is the place.

Casa Cardonal is a beautiful beach house located in a tiny little town. There was 14 of us who celebrated my dad's 75th birthday. It was perfect. Maria and Francesca cooked delicious meals. Minow was always there to help when we needed anything. Yamelita came every morning and made sure we had clean towels and linen. Many of us paddle boarded and kayaked for the 1st time in the beautiful Sea of Cortez. The kids had a wonderful time in the pool and spent many hours in it. We will definitely be back.
