“Plentiful parking, staff were friendly and easy to work with. Air conditioning works well, and bathroom was well furnished with toiletries.
Yes, it is a budget stay. The bed is of a cheaper quality and my sheets had some staining. The road noise is substantial. But if you have reasonable expectation for the price, you’ll be satisfied.”

“I had cold water to take a shower while was there. I had to pay when I arrived there. It was 2.21 then when I left it said I had to pay for parking when I didn’t even rented a car. My receipt said $10 when I left the hotel I’m confused. Why did I even pay anything at the hotel???”

“Used to be our favorite El Paso Hotel. Now: no free breakfast if you book through Expedia, they only clean your room every three days, if you’re staying several days, you have to set your trash cans in the hall for the staff to pick up, you have no place to hang your bath towels since the staff only cleans your room every three days and the staff seems to hate their jobs. I will be looking for another place to stay. Really sad.”

“The suite we got was just about in great condition. The only things that bothered me I could tell the bedding had not been changed as there were fecal stains on the blanket that i unfortunately did not notice until i pulled off the sheets the next day to make sure they were replaced for the next guest. Luckily the stains were on the side that I was not laying in. Breakfast was over by the time my family and I arrived. That was my mistake as I was used to breakfast hours from other hotels. The...
