“The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not...

“The room was dirty when I arrived. I told the front desk, but instead of helping me, they told me that if I didn’t like it, I could leave. That response was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I expected much better customer service. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.”

“For the price it was not worth it . We only stayed due to a power outage . No breakfast, Starbucks machines were down and the staff tried to charge me for regular coffee . Rooms need to be cleaned especially the carpet due to allergens . Guy didn’t want to give me 2 keys per room initially . We booked 2 rooms . Mot a fan of this location at all .”
