Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire modern farmhouse, including all three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the open-concept living area with a large sectional and Smart TV, and the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the patio or balcony for outdoor relaxation. Please note that the garage is locked and off-limits.

Getting around El Paso is easy from our modern farmhouse! You'll find free parking on the premises, making it simple to explore the area by car. For those flying in, El Paso International Airport (ELP) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. While public transportation options are available, driving or using ride-sharing services is often the most convenient way to navigate the city. Major attractions and amenities, including shopping, dining, and hospitals, are within a short drive.



Other Things to Note:

Please take a moment to review these important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at our modern farmhouse. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $100, subject to availability; please inquire beforehand. The property has free parking available on the premises. For your comfort and safety, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors during these hours. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted inside the home or near doors/windows; a $500 cleaning fee will apply if smoke odor or residue is detected. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed; a $500 fee applies for unauthorized pets. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests total, including visitors; only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests may result in a fee of $100 per person. Upon check-out, please place used towels in the washer, put used dishes in the sink, take out the trash, turn off lights/electronics, and lock all windows and doors. Return keys to the lockbox.
