FUN-FOR-ALL HOME! Plan a vacation with this attractive 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home located in a quiet cul-de-sac of well cared-for homes. Enjoy this kidney shaped ''Play Pool'' all four seasons of the calendar with a brand new gazebo by the pool. Pool is 22 X 16 with 5 foot mid-depth and 3 foot shallow depths. It's the ideal type of pool for the kids and adults.

We now have the house spray every month so you can enjoy a pleasant stay!

Very relaxing and quiet

We enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. We do recommend they invest in a pool cover especially with all the trees surrounding the pool. We were cleaning the pool the whole time and didn't get to swim at all which was a bummer. We were really excited. I also recommend to add some more cleaning products and better cleaning. The kitchen table was sticky and the bed sheets in the master bedroom had stains. I wish we could get reimbursed for the cleaning fee since we spent so much time cleaning. Also recommend some grips for the stairs. they were slippery and as my mother in law walked up the banister slipped out of place and she almost fell. Also upon arriving I almost fell due to water leaking from the freezer all over the kitchen floor. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, utensils and condiments. Other than these issues it is a beautiful cozy house with good ac and location. Lots of restaurants nearby. We felt very safe.

Nice house

It was a nice house. It was veey clean and comfortable. I wish a few things were there as nice touches, but nothing that hurt the stay.

Started ok- ended disappointed.

Overall the house was nice. The pool was great. The property layout is good. Cons: Upon arrival we noticed one of fridge drawers was broken. The windows stick, the a/c was swamp coolers- I’m from El Paso and swamp coolers can’t keep up with the heat. So to say that there is air conditioning is not accurate. We had to buys fans to help stay cool as there are no ceiling fans. We had to leave them because we didn’t have any room to bring them back. When it’s cooler outside than inside with the “A/C” running that’s bad! Every night was miserable. The screen doors need to be replaced. The couch had a broken section and one side wouldn’t recline. The bugs- outside there were ants all over the cool deck by the pool-normal in EP. In the master one the second they were all over the bathroom. I had to buy raid to spray around the window. But it kept happening. It got worse every night. We’d shower in the morning after cleaning then the bugs would come back. So we spent at least half hour everyday. They even came into the bedroom and were on the bedding. The host sent a person to get us fresh sheets. She also offered to have a big guy come and spray. I did say no the first night because I thought the raid would do it. Plus I didn’t want to hang around to wait for a big guy. We only get to visit family once a year- so every minute counts to us. Doing it. I reached out to host and let them know. I felt like I was very understanding, and even let the host know that if the ac and big situation were fixed we’d come back and rent every year for at least 5 days. She was understanding and claimed to refund one night. She also told me about the previous renters and how they had stolen items from property. We left the property how we found it. When I asked if she was going to do the refund- a few weeks later. She said we left damages to the fridge, the flooring, and broke a bed. We did none of those things. The flooring was already worn when we arrived, and my kids slept in the beds. I checked everything before we left. Everything looked exactly the same as when we arrived. We will have to find another host next time we come. Which is a shame because the property- minus the ac and bugs- was great.

Nice house, needs management

The location and the property is nice, the pool is on poor conditions, the house has no toilet paper, towels, extra blankets, trash bags. We rented this property for a weekend vacation and really looked forward to enjoy a pool with family, the pool was dirty. I cleaned as much as possible and used it twice. I dont travel with towels since I stay on hotels usually, I would had hope there was more towels specially since this property is advertising pool. No soap or shampoo on showers. Don’t get me wrong the house is nice, our stay was enjoyable, I just wish to inform future renters what to bring and for the management what to improve. Thank you
