We do allow approved parties, celebrations, and special events for an additional event fee. All events must be disclosed and approved prior to booking. Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited. Please contact us before booking to discuss your event details, guest count, and pricing.

Parties::: For APPROVED parties/ events there is a NON-REFUNDABLE EVENT FEE required and must be sent prior to your stay/ event. All gatherings and events must be requested and disclosed. Unauthorized large gatherings or parties will result in an immediate eviction from the property. No exceptions.
