“We arrive around 9 PM at night the night staff guy was very helpful, friendly, and definitely accommodated us when we ran in through a bed issue overall the building definitely needs renovation you can see water damage throughout the building. Rooms are not kept up to the best standards woke up in the morning for breakfast with the family the morning worker was asleep on the chair next to the breakfast room. “You can put lipstick on a pig, but that doesn't make it pretty. The room and newly painted walls and newer floor, but the furniture was extremely outdated. All the wood furniture had a sticky film from years of using the wrong cleaner. The ice machine and laundry facilities were not working. The pool was "dirty but you can use it if you want" (the guy to clean it was away for the weekend, you couldn't see the bottom of the pool and it had a ladder and junk on the deck). The best (sarcastic) part...

“First of all my suite was ready had to down side. The ice machine didn’t work, the pool was cloudy and dirty and the pump was off, beer bottles by the pool as well. The phones inside the room didn’t work, the tub was super slippery when getting in, the hot water well there was none. There was no table or chairs in the room just an empty space where the chairs and table use to be. I asked the staff their response was management took them to the lobby for breakfast area.
