Spacious & comfortable home perfect for groups or remote workers! Features 2 living rooms, a dedicated office nook, and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax in the private, sunny backyard. The primary has a king bed. Close to top local restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. Comfortably accommodates your group for a relaxing stay.

We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. We offer a seamless self-check-in process and will not be on the property during your stay. However, we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all.

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire home during your stay. This includes the two living areas, the fully equipped kitchen, all bedrooms and bathrooms, the dedicated office nook, and the private backyard patio. The garage is not accessible to guests.

Unwind in this spacious and comfortable home, designed to provide everything you need for a relaxing stay.

* **Living Areas**: Two separate living rooms offer plenty of space for your group to gather or spread out.
* **Kitchen & Dining**: A fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is ready for you to prepare your favorite meals. A dedicated coffee bar is waiting for your morning ritual.
* **Bedrooms**: The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed. Please note that the 4th bedroom is a cozy space with glass french doors and features a chaise that folds out into a comfortable bed for a single sleeper.
* **Workspace**: The home includes a dedicated office nook, perfect for remote workers needing a quiet space to focus.
* **Outdoor Space**: Step outside to your private, sunny backyard patio with a lovely turf area, perfect for enjoying the weather.

(Excludes Airbnb Reservations) **Guest Verification**: To ensure the safety of our guests and property and to comply with short-term rental regulations, you will be asked to complete a simple guest verification through our third-party partner, Truvi. Truvi will contact you via email or text to complete the process prior to your arrival for a smooth check-in.

* **Damage Waiver**: In place of a traditional security deposit, your booking includes a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver. This covers you for up to $500 in accidental damages to the property. Please note this waiver does not cover theft, pet-caused damages, intentional acts, or damages resulting from a violation of house rules.

Family stay in El Paso

This house was perfect for our family visit to El Paso. There were the perfect number of beds for the 6 of us, with a big table for family meals and games. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come again!
