Amazing location walkable to the beach, cozy, clean and comfortable these 2 bedrooms 1-and-a-half-bathroom condo within Cerritos Sunrise Community has it all. It’s fully equipped with 1 king bed in the master and 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom. The master has a comfy king-sized bed with mattress topper and plenty of closet space. You'll enjoy desert views from bed or the back patio as you sip your morning coffee. The guest room with 2 queens has a Murphy bed that can easily go up and down should you need the floor space for a crib or play area.

This condo is perfect for families with kids, couples or friends, coziness enough to be together, yet space to spread out with the 2 balconies and front porch nook. There is one bathroom with a sink and shower and another bathroom with a sink. We find the outdoor shower, post beach, near the pool to be just as useful to get all that Cerritos sand off. (Pro-tip, wipe off as much as possible before trying to use the shower.)

A super comfy set of couches to relax and unwind after a long day on the beach. A small desk conveniently stationed to take care of work before you play. A full water filtration system, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, custom blinds, ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning will keep you cool at night. The fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, waffle maker are at your disposal. A variety of dishes, glassware and cookware accommodate to those that love to cook and cocktail. The unit is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Cabinets full of games for the little ones and adults alike, as well as a range of real books to enjoy while you disconnect from technology and connect with your loved ones.

A spacious community pool with plenty of space to lounge is just over the balcony. Enjoy the front balcony "nook" as you sip your coffee or cuddle up with your people as you enjoy the view. Enjoy the back patio mountain and desert view, full of cactus and pure nature.

Cerritos Beach is world renowned surf break and one of the only safe beaches to swim in the area. Cerritos Sunrise community is the only condo complex with high end accommodations and just a short walk to the beach. Enjoy off the beaten path type travel with dirt roads to explore fine dining tucked alongside taco shops and desert cantinas.

This 2-bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor unit of a 3-story building in a community of 23 condos. Amazing landscape about 500 yards from Cerritos surf beach. 2B guests can enjoy a beautiful cozy front balcony overlooking the private community pool with an outdoor day bed we call the "nook". Read a book take a nap or play some hangman with your kids in the nook. On the back balcony enjoy quiet desert views and picturesque sunrises as you sip your coffee. A community outdoor shower is available to rinse off after your day at the beach. Onsite Casa Maya restaurant offers amazing cuisine and cocktails for afternoon and evening dining or get take out and enjoy in the privacy of your own condo. Barefoot Luxury Management will take care of guest needs.

Other things to note
You're off the beaten path! So, embrace the dirt roads and the bumps that come along with it, a car is recommended for the area. We are also available to arrange private transportation.
