Email ahead and book massages! I saw a review on noise from another person and it does seem like the people who are there with you really make a difference. There was one night with a really noisy guest, but there's nothing the hotel can do about that. There is a $15 upcharge per day for a/c, but it's worth...

“The city centre is very noisy at weekends and this noise permeates into the hotel but nevertheless we love it. A quiet oasis most of the time, very beautiful hotel, very courteous and helpful staff, lovely breakfast. And of course Granada offers many delights.”
