La famille qui gère cet établissement fait de son mieux et la bonne surprise a été le petit déjeuner buffet qui a été mis en place pour nous 2 avec des spécialités locales excellentes.

My wife watched as a local farmer's sheep herd mades its way down the road. We loved the traditional Cretan food at the local tavernas. "Il nostro soggiorno è stato a dir poco fantastico. Sin dal primo momento, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla pulizia delle stanze, che brillavano. Comoda anche la piccola cucina dotata anche di microonde ed un frigo piccolo ma funzionante benissimo. L'attenzione ai dettagli si è estesa anche alla piscina, tenuta molto bene e mai troppo affollata, permettendoci di rilassarci in totale tranquillità.
Un altro punto di forza è stata la vista mozzafiato sul mare della sala da pranzo. È stato un modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata. A rendere tutto ancora più piacevole è stato lo staff, sempre disponibile, presente e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La loro professionalità e gentilezza hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno un'esperienza davvero speciale.
Relax e benessere
Il vero fiore all'occhiello per noi è stato l'idromassaggio. Non c'è niente di meglio che immergersi nelle sue bolle dopo una giornata di sole e mare. È stato il nostro rituale serale preferito e ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più rilassante."
"Posizione strategica: è a 10 minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia di Falasarna, a 50 minuti (20km) dalla Laguna di Balos e a un'oretta e un quarto da Elafonisi. Hotel piccolino, spazi comuni un po' troppo "compatti", ma camera molto ampia e comoda (letto comodo, cucinotto, tavolo penisola e sgabelli, tavola da stiro, e fon potente). Il personale è gentile, la colazione come varietà e qualità è conforme allo standard di un hotel a 4 stelle.
Punti negativi:
- Pulizia: durante il nostro soggiorno di 6 notti è consistita esclusivamente nel cambio biancheria. Non hanno mai passato la scopa o l'aspirapolvere; alla fine il bagno era sommerso dai capelli e dalla sabbia che inevitabilmente abbiamo portato su dalla spiaggia, e non hanno mai rifatto il letto. Nel nostro bagno (al piano di sotto) in alcuni momenti della giornata c'era una terribile puzza di fogna.
- Colazione: Non c'è una sala dedicata alla ristorazione, per cui la colazione viene servita in terrazza, il che nelle giornate di fine settembre, inizio ottobre non è sempre il massimo. Una volta ha fatto particolarmente fresco e una volta abbiamo trovato i tavoli e i cuscini delle sedie fradice dell'umidità della notte e della condensa che sgocciolava dagli ombrelloni. Inoltre, l'orario della colazione è dalle 8:30. Inizia un po' tardino, per questo, noi per esempio, per arrivare presto ad Elafonisi e a Balos, due volte l'abbiamo dovuta anche saltare.
- Cuscini: sembrano rimediati, sono scomodi e tutti diversi tra di loro"

Persone gentilissime e molto attente al benessere dei clienti. Stanze stupende arradate con gusto e molto confortevoli. Insomma siamo stati veramnte bene. "Excellent breakfast on a shadowed terrace in front of the sea. Very very kind personnel. Very clean. They make available for free umbrella and chairs on the beach, which is mix of sand and pebnles, with large pebbles in the first meters of sea, making the access barefoot a bit tricky. On the other hand, very close to balos beach, arguably one of the top 3 beaches of the island. A bit isolated from the kissamos movida, but that also has a positive side to it."
