“The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful. I'm sorry for them having to work in such a filthy environment. The tiles in the bathroom had many cracks. When I walked into the bathroom with flip flops, I left dirty footprints on the floor. The light covers in the bathroom were missing. In general, yuck!!!”

“All the property was well maintained, the grounds, lighting, parking lots, swimming pool area, and the exterior of the entire building from the parking lots to the roof line. Everything from the outside areas to the inside of the facility was great! We felt very safe and secure staying here! It was also very nice to have an associate at the front desk 24/7! Excellent service from the entire staff! We will be returning for another stay at Best Western + in the near future!! Thank you very much!!”

“The rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast is amazing and they do have transportation to and from the airport. However, while traveling alone, I had housekeeping knocking on my door when the do not disturb sign was on it and didn’t give me time to answer it before she walked in. That created a sense of an easiness for me. I reported it and then the second day somebody tried to enter my room. I reported it again. It’s not a very safe feeling when you hear people trying to get in your room...

“Hotel molto curato con camere a tema. Ottima pulizia. Caffè e tè a disposizione dalle 5 del mattino. Bellissimo il museo interno dedicato alla costruzione della Hoover Dam. Ampio parcheggio esterno. Posizione centrale vicino a negozi e ristoranti. ”
