“I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Westgate. Upon arrival, the experience started off poorly due to a complete lack of available parking. While the front desk manager was courteous and helpful—explaining that we could text the front desk for assistance and request housekeeping as needed—the actual experience did not reflect what was promised. “The rooms were fantastic. The concert venue was perfect.”

“The property appears to have been enhanced within the last several years--carpets, cabinets, lobby, lounge/restaurant. Our particular room had very stained shears on the windows, and the tub could benefit from new caulking as well as ceiling repair. Breakfast was a bit less than the typical included choices for these types of hotels (no fresh fruit, no yogurt).”
