“The good: Great location in the Elmwood Village area. Extremely walkable. Once you're inside, the place is beautiful. It oozes charm and personality. The common areas are great, and our room was very, very nice. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, new TV, fridge. Parking was very convenient. Entry into the building and the room was great, with a custom code that worked on both doors. Finally, very responsive concierge (we interacted through text). “In un bel quartiere, struttura ricavata da un edificio storico finemente ristrutturato. Molto elegante. Pulizia perfetta, parcheggio privato (con supplemento). Colazione ottima. Le poche criticità, manca l’ascensore e non è comodo portare le valigie al piano superiore. Alcune stanze hanno bagno privato all’esterno della stanza, altre all’interno. Per noi, esperienza molto positiva.”

“The hot tub was great but they had no rags or real soap we had to go get soap cause the only soap was facial soap and the hot tub was dirty when we came in for some reason”

“The room was big and clean, the man at the desk for the time I stayed was nice, and there was plenty of parking near the rooms/entrance, which was nice since the weather was cold, windy, raining. The bed was old and a bit squeaky but comfortable. The curtains did not close all the way so the room got a bit light in the morning so not great for sleeping in. “They can do better with their curtains, needs blackout curtains. the room was clean, but the outside can use some improvement. There was dog poop on the landscaping.”

“The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off”
