“There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve ”

“In un bel quartiere, struttura ricavata da un edificio storico finemente ristrutturato. Molto elegante. Pulizia perfetta, parcheggio privato (con supplemento). Colazione ottima. Le poche criticità, manca l’ascensore e non è comodo portare le valigie al piano superiore. Alcune stanze hanno bagno privato all’esterno della stanza, altre all’interno. Per noi, esperienza molto positiva.”

“The room was clean. The transaction was very quick and the parking was right outside our room.”

“I didn’t even stay there as soon as we walked in the room there was a cockroach that was an impregnated cockroach. I asked the manager to cancel my room my reservation and he wouldn’t allow me to do that because I paid through a third-party app. Very disgusting offered me another room, but the fact that you have roaches is absolutely absurd.”

“The room still had happy birthday balloons in it. There was a pan full of grease on the stove and i ended up leaving early because i found a dead bed bug in a drawer.”

“The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off”

The first 2 nights there the heat was not working and the front desk was not answering when I called, had to call the 1800 number to speak to anyone to help. “Chose here because close proximity to concert and wasn't a Comfort or Days Inn, but the place is just sketchy... From the moment I walked in it felt just weird. No decor, no music playing, no sounds, no vibe at all. Felt like I was checking into a weird movie. I saw mail in slots and was definitely unaware this was a hotel/apartment building.
