“Great hotel for the price. Very clean, rooms a good size and staff very friendly. There is no restaurant but there is free toast and coffee at breakfast time. Nice coffee shop at the front of the hotel, the location is a good 30 minutes walk from old town but lots of cafe and restaurants on the way. For the price paid it was excellent.”

“Ho visitato 3 resort durante il mio soggiorno a Chiang Mai e questo oltre a essere stato il più costoso è anche stato il peggiore!Appena arrivati ho notato nel bagno in camera una "striscia" di non so cosa nel wc (vi è rimasta per tutti e 3 i giorni). Più che un resort è un hotel con ristorante (non male ma caro) e piscina vicina alla riva del fiume.La colazione è buona (unica nota positiva). L'ultima notte non ci siamo potuti fare nemmeno una doccia per mancanza di acqua calda;siamo partiti...

“This was a nice solo stay at the Noble Baan. If you are looking to avoid a hostel stay, this is a budget hotel that does the job. I appreciated that it had a balcony. You will need a scooter or to take taxis if you stay here, but I personally prefer to save on lodging and have a scooter. If you are scared of renting a scooter you can use rideshare apps to hire a scooter or car with driver to take you into the city. ”

“We really enjoyed the industrial design of this location. The patient and friendly staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was nutritious and delicious every morning. The recommendations that all of the staff gave us were phenomenal. Matty was amazing, Patty gave us a solid Thai Massage recommendation. And Nathan showed us around the market near the university. If you are looking for a overall relaxed environment, with social events if you choose to do them, this is a great spot.”

“Spacious room with all the amenities and quite big bathroom. There wasn't balkony with the room but was one on the end of each floor. Coffee, tea and little snack available every day downstairs at the little patio next to reception. In the middle of buzzing neighborhood, having big market 2 minutes away, walking distance to the city centre, with beautiful temples on the way. Plus food carts in the evening just out the door. “Great location, just a few meters off a nightly food market and 15-20min walk to multiple bar areas and the main night bazar. Room was comfortable and clean, but no shelves/place to put away suitcases and clothes outside a handful of hangers which was annoying. Staff is amazingly attentive, friendly and professional.
