“Very safe and convenient stay for Hershey Park. Sometimes staff weren’t available at specific times, but they had a number I could call to get checked in. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!”

“This bad experience started when I arrived and went to office to check in. The man was upset with me because I interrupted his dinner with his family. I had called earlier in the day to ask if I could arrive as late as 10:00pm. I was told yes. He took that as an exact time. I arrived around 9:30 pm. The room was weird with a tiny TV set up high on a shelf. This place seemed like a place to take your mistress during the afternoon and not a proper lodging place.”

“There was a dead mouse outside my room, there was an ashtray outside my door and I could smell it inside the room and it was full of cigarette butts, the mini fridge was thawing on the floor and had a puddle of water that I put a bathroom towel on, the television wasn’t setup to be watched and took me a while to figure out, So these things weren’t ideal and felt unprofessional, but it had towels, a mini fridge, an exterminator probably killed the mouse and a working TV so I guess it depends on...

“The place was not in very good condition. The carpet in the room was filthy. The bed was ok. The breakfast was ok but the microwave was dirty. The coffee tasted old also. We were told that the #1 ice maker at the property was being fixed the day we checked in but it still was not working when we left after 2 nights.”

“Photos are outdated by at least 10 years, Place is in quite a bit of disorder. Waited at the front desk and no one ever came. Left and stayed elsewhere. Expedia still hasn't refunded me so negative on Expedia for this one as well.”

“Best $62 room I’ve ever stayed in. Was nicer than La Quinta which was twice the price. I was warned it gets loud on the weekends due to the bar. I didn’t hear a thing.”
