“I loved my stay at The 1850. It was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were some really sweet, personal touches. It's right downtown Boone so it's easy to walk to everything. Daniel and the Dog is a great little bar with delicious food too. The staff was responsive and parking was easy. I look forward to staying there again! ”

“I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was. The property is conveniently located near my daughter’s school. Also, this hotel deserves high praise because it is pet friendly- which is an added bonus for our family. Especially with the cleaning being top tier.”

“Room was very small, but had fair sized bathroom. No dressers, no spare pillows. Breakfast was fine but area is very small. It was passable and if you just need somewhere for one night, the price is fair. I wouldn’t stay here much longer than that, though.”

“Veey clean and cozy! Love the cabin, I rated 4 stars as the check in instructions and website should be updated for off season. Our intro text talked about farm animals and then ended with "no animals at this time", same with the dinner Resturant, told to make reservations but then concludes with not available in off season. We were not upset but as constructive feedback to update the info for off season. Again we live the cabin and would happily come back!”

“Really appreciated that the team there started breakfast early since there was a lot of kids that had to be over at the college for the start of their competition close to 7 AM. The team also did an amazing job continuing to refill food as there were a ton of people down getting breakfast all at the same time. Thanks so much!”

“Breakfast was self serve however it was a full breakfast meal. From grits, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, waffles, bananas, apples, cereals, coffee, hot teas, etc. very good! ”
