“The staff was so helpful. Our room did not have the view we expected and they generously accomodated our request to change rooms. They even moved our bags for us while we were out. The new room was fantastic! The staff also helped us figure out the transportation options. The hotel was always very clean and in great condition!”

“I loved the heated bathroom mirrors, no issues with condensation. The bathroom could use another hook for cosmetic bags. Breakfast was excellent, keep the crew making fresh scrambled eggs and green chili. “This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. It will always be our go-to place to stay when we are in Glenwood. Convenient location and a great pool with slide to keep the kids happy. Comfortable beds and a very friendly and helpful staff. 10 out of 10- would highly recommend. That has been our experience. ”
