“The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and check in / check out were both quick and easy. The only thing preventing a 5 star review was the wifi. The signal in my room was very weak. I had to leave the room and go into the hallway for my phone/laptop to even detect the guest network and it kept on disconnecting and reconnecting once I was back in the room which was really frustrating. I called guest services but other than tell me that others were complaining about the same...

“I loved the antiques, art and decor. I had the "Bluebird Room" inspired by the Symbolist playwright Maurice Maerterlinck. Easy street parking in front and short walk to a variety of restaurants. The breakfast was very good with farmfresh eggs. Look forward to next time.”

“We travel this way alot and usually stop at the courtyard which is right there. First time staying at this Hampton inn. Upon checking in the desk girl was filling the coffee bar back up never acknowledged us we waited 5 min before asking thinking maybe she was t the check in help she promptly told us to wait and finished with the coffee bar she was professional but unfriendly and quite sharp. The hotel was clean a d the room was fine but wow the staff needs to learn customer service”

“The place is a little bit run down and well worn. The afternoon that I checked in only ONE of the TWO elevators was working and the elevator floor was dirty. It WAS HOWEVER clean the next morning. I think that the rooms look so run down because the hotel is located in a VERY busy, accessible area. Also the rooms need a shower head with a spray arm for ALL rooms.”
