I arrived late but the host accommodated me, told me where to find my keys when I got there, and had taken care of my registration before I arrived. Only one disappointment: I tried to go out on the back porch but the screen door was locked and I couldn't figure out how to unlock it. “Very clean and nice area with a water view. Tables and chairs outside the room was a nice touch. Only thing I’d say is offer some fresh brewed coffee in lobby maybe. Those coffee machines in the room or at least ours was basically water not coffee. Ended up walking next door to grab some coffee. And maybe a grill….We would have loved to grill some steaks. “Great resort! Been there about 4 years ago and it was better than it was then. Beautiful location, great accommodations, and great staff. Best buffet breakfast. It's on 130 acres with great well maintained trails. Everything about Gordon Lodge is exceptional!”
