Great location with a terrific view of lake with the sunrise. You can sit right inside on the couch and watch it come up. We were there during a full moon phase, and it made it that much more memorable. The fishing was GREAT, catching a 50 pound flathead right from the dock. The private boat ramp was great. The 180 degree view is no joke, lake to the back, and lake cove down the side. Highly recommended

THIS WAS A BEAUTIFUL, PEACEFUL GET AWAY. THE VIEW OF THE WATER AND WILDLIFE WERE SO ENJOYED. THE DOCK WAS NICE TO SIT ON FOR SUNNING AND THE SHADED YARD AND SHELTER WITH THE PICNIC TABLE WAS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO ENJOY FOOD AND MORE QUIET TIME. THERE WAS A NICE PLACE TO PUT A BOAT IN RIGHT ON THE PROPERTY BUT WE DID NOT TAKE A BOAT. WE WENT FOR A SHORT TIME JUST TO SEE WHAT WAS IN THE AREA. IT IS REALLY A WONDERFUL PROPERTY WITH A LOT TO OFFER IN THE WAY OF FUN TIME, FAMILY TIME OR QUEIT TIME. THE HOUSE WAS SO CLEAN AND LOOKED SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE PICTURES MADE IT TO LOOK. THE SUN ROOM WAS OUR FAVORITE PLACE WITH THE VIEWS FROM THE WINDOWS ALL ACROSS THE BACK OF THE HOUSE AND FROM THE MASTER BEDROOM ALSO. THE MOON GAVE A BEAUTIFUL SHOWING REFLECTING OFF THE WATER FOR THE TWO NIGHTS WE STAYED. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL STOCKED. THE LARGE KITCHEN TABLE WAS NICE BUT BETWEEN THE SMALLER TABLE AND STOOLS LOOKING OUT OVER THE WATER AND THE OUTSIDE TABLES IT DID NOT GET USED. THE HOST WAS WONDERFUL. I KNEW BEFORE HAND THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE ACCESS TO MY EMAIL DURING MY STAY AND SHE WAS WILLING TO TEXT ANY INFO TO ME THAT I MAY NEED. WE DIDN'T NEED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH HER FOR ANYTHING DURING OUR STAY. WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEED ED WITH NO PROBLEMS. I HAD A GREAT TIME AND LOOK FORWARD TO GOING AGAIN.

Property is perfect for detaching and relaxing at the lake. The view is just as described180 degrees! When we got there I just sat and sat and looked at lake…couldn’t get up to unload the truck!!! Place was clean, not damp and very easy to just settle in. We loved it!

Serenity by the Lake

Took a weekend trip to the lake to finish off the summer with the family. This place was everything we needed. Great view of the lake with a dock for the boat. Got to drink coffee and enjoy the sunrise every morning. Its right down the road from Stumphole Landing if you are looking for a bite to eat. Rooms and amenities were more than suitable for a lake house. Had a nice covered area outside that has a couple of fans to keep some of the heat and bugs away.

Relaxing trip

Great place to stay. Everything was clean. I would add a small window A/C unit in the master bedroom. We got hot at night. Had a great time BBQing and fishing off the dock. We encountered a strong storm one evening and a large tree limb fell and blocked the dock. The host had someone there the next day to clean it up. We look forward to staying again in the future. Private and relaxing

The property was really private. My family and I absolutely loved seeing all the different types of birds that visited the property. My kids loved seeing the geese and ducks walk through the yard a few times a day. We enjoyed s’mores in the fire pit and spent a lot of time in the sunroom appreciating the excellent view. Everything was as advertised and the house was very clean. The host was very kind and responsive to our questions. We had so much fun and hated to leave! We will definitely see about staying here again in the future!

I absolutely loved this spot! Despite all the rain the view was absolutely amazing! Ashlee was amazing and I will be staying here again next year and the year after that! Loved it!
