“Check in was quick. Room was clean. It was nice to park in front of room for unloading of luggage.”

“Bedding and beds were excellent, air conditioner was quiet. Tub is not accessible for seniors with mobility issues...ie: no ledge on the right side to use for hand hold on getting out of tub. Toilettres are a bit too perfumey. Less scented or more natural scent would be better. Breakfast was not the best for those fast breakfasts. Staff a little too chatty and not on top of refilling coffee or fixing pancake maker machine. Customers come first, visiting comes later. Parking was very good. Hotel...

“I have stayed at this Coast hotel many times in the past and it is consistently clean and quiet. Great location, especially when travelling the Trans Canada highway. Note that the breakfast is now $5 per person, but very lovely and filling. Bravo. Would recommend and look forward to staying here again.”

“I was very pleased with everything, check in, clean room, bed was comfortable. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the bathtub, it was a little grungy. I would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“Room was visibly dirty (mud, dust and dirt) margarine container taped over the smoke detector, holes the the wall, ripped pillow, dirty used soap bars left on sink, bugs crawling on the walls, fake nails found on carpet. Mount for TV and cable box but no TV.”

“Right from check in we were very pleased with this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, hallways and lobby area. Breakfast was perfect as well with lots of options for everyone.”

“Just one complain. The hardest mattress I ever slept on. The same goes for the pillow. But the real hammer was the simply overpowering awful smell of the bed sheet and pillow. I strongly suggest they change the detergent. After a long day on the road I was just to tired to say something about that to the staff. Another room would probably not helped since most likely all the rooms had the same smell. I just left the room door open until going to bed and then holding my nose till I fell asleep.”
