“Struttura nuova, pulita, non manca nulla di quello che può servire per un breve soggiorno a Ottawa. Dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice, cucina impeccabile, con anche forno e tostapane. Unico dettaglio che trovo poco igienico la tenda nella doccia, per il resto la consiglio vivamente anche per la sua posizione centrale, vicino a tutte le attrazioni di Ottawa. ”

“The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor complaint would be that the walls are not super soundproof so we heard music, TV, etc. from the neighbouring rooms. Thankfully not too disruptive but something to consider if you have a baby or young child. ”

“Stayed at Swiss Hotel Ottawa and it was a surprisingly frustrating experience. What started as a normal stay quickly turned uncomfortable due to poor communication and questionable handling of a situation that didn’t warrant escalation. Instead of resolving things professionally, the response felt abrupt and unnecessary, leaving a bad impression overall. Not the kind of hospitality you expect when booking a place to relax. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a smooth, hassle-free stay”

“Good Hotel, Nice personnel at the reception (I don't think I've seen teh same person twice in a 4 days stay). Nice room (17th floor), minimalist decor, the espresso machine in the room was a great surprise. Overall a very good stay. Only, minor, issue I feel I could report is that the lights in the bathroom are very dim, making it hard to shave precisely (there was a magnifying mirror, but that got even less light). Definitely looking this place up first should I get back to Ottawa.”

“La zona intorno all'hotel pessima (senzatetto, drogati ecc), ma è un problema comune a molte città canadesi. A 5 minuti di strada si trovano però il ByWard Market, il Rideau Canal e Parliament Hill. Qui ci sono tantissimi negozi e ristoranti. L'albergo dispone di una bella piscina e di una palestra ben attrezzata al quinto piano. La nota dolente è la pulizia. Il pavimento della suite era molto sporco già al nostro arrivo e nessuno, a parte il cambio biancheria, ci ha proposto la pulizia della...

“Avevo aspettative maggiori visto che è un Marriott. La manutenzione completamente da rivedere, finestre della stanza rattoppate col silicone in modo nn accurato. Area giochi ragazzi carini ma non mantenuta (sporco e giochi mezzi rotti). Piscina e palestra veramente apprezzata. Posizione top. Se si ha auto alta nn prendere il parcheggio perché ci sono limitazioni ma nn indicati sul portale di Hotels.com, lo comunica l’hotel ma dopo aver prenotato ”
