“The "continental" breakfast was abysmal. Sausage patties microwaved to the point of being too hard to eat, eggs that tasted like the inside of a pillow. There was options of cereal, with no milk. There was a waffle maker, but the entire time we were in the dining area, it never became available. They put us in the wrong room, then claimed it was the same price as the one we paid for so it wouldn't make a difference. The staff was very rude on the night shift, to the point of yelling and...

“I loved this hotel. Nothing fancy but the vibe is low key and casual… loved the oceanfront location and balcony on each room. The area behind the hotel is so cool, sandy area with tables overlooking the beach as well as a pool and tiki bar. The restaurant is very good, biscuits were homemade and best I’ve had. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas. The a/c is cool and bed very comfy!”

“I hate to leave a review like this but others should know before booking. Pictures and descriptions of the hotel are misleading. Pool was dirty with white residue in corners. The ceiling in our room had dark spots, water or mold. The grout in the bathroom was moldy. The hotel advertised breakfast but after checking in the hotel clerk told us they do not offer breakfast. We were originally given a room already assigned to another woman. Thank goodness she had her door locked because who knows...

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”

“We absolutely loved the hotel, we got a oceanfront room, view was amazing, room was clean, the bar on the beach has the best drinks and staff were so nice. It is a pet friendly hotel, we did not travel with our pet this time and we did t hear any dogs barking.”
