"Stayed in room 4 beds were comfy. Both sets of stairs around the room including the staff stair to equipment room make a lot of noise in room. Restraunt staff were wonderful. The dinner was good Friday night 7/18/26. We didn't stay the second night."

"Would not recommend. So many issues and zero response from the resort. We booked a valley view room and never actually got one. We were first put in a room on the 2nd floor where the walls were paper thin and the whole hallway smelled musty, like old dirty carpet. That night we got woken up by kids ..."

"Rooms were clean lovely. Kitchenette a plus. Enjoyed staying in Olympic Valley and Palisades for our main forays to Lake Tahoe. Family friendly. Staff were available and friendly. Would stay there again. Thank you."
