“The check in was pleasant, and the all of the staff including the front desk and breakfast kitchen staff (Jill and another lady making omelets) were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and welcoming. ”

“Check in was easy, even though it was virtual check in with no front desk, communication with the hotel was good with detailed instructions and they replied all my questions very fast. The room was nice with a nice view of the lake. Good location close to restaurants, Safeway and the North Tahoe regional park. Would definitely come again!”
